Hotel Carlos I - Benidorm

The hotel is clearly trying to be fancy, but there are cracks in the walls of my room, and the pillows are an absolute joke. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but instead, i was treated like every other guest, how rude! And let's not even get started on the small pools! I just couldn't give it a good review.

Its staff are affable, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really good value for money and helpfull staff. We had a problem cause a friend of mine was sick and had to do an early check in and staff arranged everything for him to rest.

The breakfast we ordered was massive with fresh fruit.

Great Family Stay with Minor Improvements

We had a lovely week in a spacious room with an excellent pool view. Meals offered good variety, with delectable options like chicken nuggets and goulash. Just a tip, consider the parking fee in advance and bring your own kettle for tea. A nice experience!

Benidorm vibes 🌊🌞

Room was lekker modern and comfy, brekkie had a solid variety-I loved the seafood! Staff were all super friendly, especially the chommie at reception who made arrangements for us. Enjoyed the adult-only pool section, very chill!

Had a bit of a wait for extra towels-def needed those.

The place is gorgeous and immaculately clean, it offers massive breakfast and marvellous location very close to the tram station. The room is great-sized, and the staff is amicable. Friendly service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The pool is nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful especially ramon at reception who efficiently answered all our queries and the entertainer, i think his name is nico, made our stay lovely for my daughter and me.

The rooftop pool was amazing for chilling after visiting the nearby beach and checking out golfing activities. The hotel was clean, and the 24-hour check-in made everything easier. It had a nice terrace to relax on.

Dining options could be more varied, especially for dinners.

Nice modern room with a pool view. Engaging entertainment by Nico for the kids made our stay fun. Food options crowded during peak times. Limited outdoor seating made dining less enjoyable.
